Heat shrinkable tubes are high polymer plastics that can "remember" their original shape when heat is applied. They are shrunk in a preset ratio in tubular forms. These tubes are shrunk by 33% to more than 75% horizontally depending on the product and shrunk by less than 10% vertically. They stick to their target in order to provide insulation, to identify cores, and to prevent corrosion.
